Puffy Pizza Crust

Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 tablespoon flour

Directions:
Prep Time: 35 min  Total Time: 60 min Yield: 4
1. On lightly floured surface, roll out pastry to 10-inch square and transfer to parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
2. Pierce pastry all over at 1-inch intervals and refrigerate for at least 30 minute up to 4 hours.
3. Bake at 400F until light golden and puffed, about 12 minutes. Let cool slightly.
4. Add pizza toppings and then bake to set, for about 15 minute.
