- 6 slices bacon
- 6 eggs
- salt & pepper
- melted butter
Directions:
Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 20 min Yield: 6
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Saute or broil lightly strips of bacon.
- Grease bottom of muffin tin with the butter.
- Line the sides with the bacon.
- Break 1 egg in each tin, or mix as omelettes and pour into each tin.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
