Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ginger ale
- 1/2 cup orange juice or 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 center cut lamb loin chops with bone (1/2 inch thick)
Directions:

- Mix all marinade ingredients.
- Put pork and marinade in re-sealable plastic bag.
- Marinate pork chops a few hours or overnight.
- Fire up the grill or broiler or even heat in a pan on top of the stove. Baste during cooking.
